As a restaurant associate at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you make sure our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both when it comes to quality, pace and service. You work in a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the cash register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training.

How does the process work?
For our restaurant associate positions, we have chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for a job. This means you don't need to send in a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can.
Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of different situations that can occur in everyday life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This way, you'll get a good picture early on of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited for an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll receive notification via email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process and we therefore cannot move forward candidates who do not complete the test.
