As an operations manager at MAX, you are a key person in the restaurant's daily operations. You lead the team on-site, ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment, and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level in terms of quality, pace, and service. You have oversight of the entire operation: from kitchen and cash register to dining room and outdoor seating. Together with your colleagues, you create a workplace where work satisfaction, community, and development are at the center.

Key responsibilities
Lead and coach the team in daily operations

Plan, staff, and train across all areas of the restaurant
Have oversight of the kitchen, cash register, dining room, and outdoor environment
Contribute to keeping the restaurant clean, fresh, and welcoming
