WORK TASKS About the Role As a meter technician, you work with metering and measurement data management in Nybro Energi's grid operations. The role is broad and includes both technical and administrative work tasks. Part of your workday you work in our systems with measurement values, analysis, and troubleshooting, and another part may involve practical work in the electrical grid. You are responsible for the daily handling and quality assurance of measurement values and work to identify, troubleshoot, and correct deviations. The role also involves work with metering equipment in connection with, among other things, new connections, service changes, and modifications to existing electrical installations. Your main work tasks In the role, you will, among other things: • Handle, check, and quality assure measurement values in our systems • Manage and troubleshoot meter data collection systems • Perform measurement data analysis and identify and investigate deviations • Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions related to the electrical grid and metering • Work with directly metered and current transformer-connected measurements • Work with new connections and service changes • Perform meter replacements and other modifications to existing electrical installations • Document and administer completed work and changes • Collaborate with colleagues and other functions within grid operations • On-call duty within grid operations is included in the position QUALIFICATIONS Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with electrical technical upper secondary education or equivalent and work experience in electrical distribution and electrical grids. You have a technical interest and feel comfortable combining practical work with administrative tasks and work in various systems. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for completing your work tasks with high quality and precision. We see that you have: • Electrical technical upper secondary education or equivalent • Work experience in electrical distribution and electrical grids • Good technical understanding • Ability to work both practically and administratively It is advantageous if you have: • Experience with installation projects in electrical grids • Experience with meter data collection • Experience with measurement data analysis • Certification as an electrical installer Who Are You?
