About the Role As a Measurement Engineer, you'll play an important role in ensuring that our products and processes meet established quality requirements through careful measurements, inspections, and analyses. You'll work closely with production, incoming inspection, and other support functions while contributing to the development of our measurement methods and quality assurance practices. Responsibilities and tasks include: • Develop inspection instructions and ensure that control methods are established based on product requirements • Ensure that measuring equipment is available, registered, and calibrated according to established plans • Assess inspection results and approve or reject inspected products and batches • Plan and conduct internal tests and trials, and compile and present inspection results • Drive the development of measurement methods, quality assurance, and improvement initiatives within the organization Our Candidate We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured and analytical manner in a technical environment where precision and quality are critical success factors. You have experience with measurement technology work and are driven by solving problems, developing work methods, and collaborating with different functions to achieve common goals. We also see that you: • Have higher education in mechanics, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or equivalent work experience • Have experience with measurement technology, quality work, or inspection activities within industrial or manufacturing operations • Have knowledge of measurement methods, measuring equipment, calibration, and technical documentation • Have strong administrative skills and high general IT proficiency • Have strong ability to analyze, document, and present results in report form • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written To thrive in this role, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
