WORK DUTIES
The Material Handler is responsible for inventory management on departments and reception areas at the hospital.
The work includes ordering, inventory management, labeling, unpacking and returns. The role involves creating and updating lists and structures daily or weekly and following applicable routines and decisions.
The work also includes developing new routines together with the customer and being adaptable to changes based on care needs. The Material Handler plans their workday independently and maintains continuous contact with procurement, central inventory, care staff and external actors.
QUALIFICATIONS
Very good computer skills, including the Office package, Sesam 2, raindance and various systems.
Good physical fitness.
Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
Ability to work independently, prioritize and be adaptable.

The operation needs a Material Handler who ensures that the material supply to departments and reception areas functions without interruption. The role is important for maintaining structure, flow and order in the inventory and for ensuring that care staff always have the right materials available.
The need also includes competence to work independently, create structure, follow routines and adapt the work to changes in care needs. Since there are many points of contact, good communication skills and the ability to collaborate are also required.
