As a mast technician, you work with installation, commissioning, and service of mobile network equipment at various types of sites, from rooftops and industrial buildings to masts and towers in both urban environments and forests. The work is often performed at considerable heights and includes both technical assembly, troubleshooting, and configuration. The role also involves frequent travel for work, where you work on projects and installations across large parts of Sweden. The role is broad and gives you the opportunity to work with everything from mobile network equipment and radio solutions to fiber, transmission, and some network equipment. Examples of work tasks: Preparation of materials and equipment Assembly of antennas and hardware in mast environments Laying of power cables and fiber Installation and configuration of technical equipment Commissioning of mobile network sites Service, troubleshooting, and upgrades of existing installations You work together with experienced colleagues in a small team where collaboration is an important part of the daily routine. Travel occurs to varying extents across all of Sweden. For longer assignments, accommodation is provided at hotels. The industry is often driven by customers' projects and needs, which means that planning can sometimes change at short notice.
