JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Would you like a job that fits perfectly alongside studies, retirement, or other commitments? Master Palm units 2 and 3 are now seeking a staff member who wants to support operations on weekends through the end of 2026/2027.
Master Palm units 2 and 3 are two dementia care homes with 12 beds each, located in central Oskarshamn in Solbackahuset. You will work at both units, so it's beneficial if you enjoy variety in your work.
Working weekend shifts with us means you work three of four weekends and three of four Fridays in a four-week period.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure that residents receive a good daily life through care, treatment, and services based on each individual's circumstances.
As a nursing assistant, you report directly to the unit manager. The work consists of approved care services and support services under the Social Services Act, as well as health and medical care services under the Health and Medical Services Act.
You have a good ability to see the whole picture of each individual's circumstances and needs. Our focus is always on the individual and their well-being. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel. To create work satisfaction, you are a positive, creative, and solution-oriented colleague with good interpersonal skills.

We primarily seek someone with nursing assistant training or similar education that the employer considers equivalent. However, if you lack formal training but have practical experience in the field, you are also welcome to apply.
You must also have good computer skills and speak Swedish well, both orally and in writing.
