About the Role As an equipment rental specialist, you are a key person in our operations and an important representative for Derome. You work in one of our largest rental depots and have a central role in ensuring a first-class customer experience. Through professional advice, business acumen, and a strong customer focus, you help customers find the right solutions for their projects. You will work in close collaboration with both customers and colleagues to ensure high quality throughout the rental process. Your Main Responsibilities Build and develop long-term customer relationships through professional and business-minded service. Identify customer needs and recommend the right products and solutions for their operations and projects. Work with service, sales, and consulting to create added value for the customer. Manage and administer our rental inventory and ensure an efficient rental process. Contribute to making our customers feel secure and well cared for throughout the transaction. Who Are You?
