About the role:
As an operator, you will be an important part of an engaged team working to produce various types of components and solutions. You will primarily work with machine operation and processing, where precision and technical understanding are essential.
The role suits you if you appreciate practical and varied work, while also wanting to develop within modern production and contribute to improving work methods and processes.
Your responsibilities:
Production and cutting and shearing of material
Machine processing including arbor work, milling, and turning
Preparation and handling of semi-finished products and cutting templates
Monitoring and operation of machines and production processes
Contribute to efficient and stable production
Participate in improvement work and development of existing work methods
We are looking for you if:
We believe you have previous experience with processing and blueprint reading and thrive in a technical environment where precision, problem-solving, and quality are important parts of the work.
As a person, you are engaged, organized, and solution-oriented. You take responsibility for your tasks, have a technical interest, and see opportunities to develop – both in your own role and together with the operation.
Qualifications
Experience with machine processing
Good blueprint reading skills
Good computer skills and understanding of business systems
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
B driver's license

Experience with Heidenhain programming
Knowledge of material cutting
Experience with manual machine processing
