About the Position
As a machine operator at Löfbergs, you will work in production, which means your tasks include forklift operation, system management, handling minor operational disruptions, 5S practices, and ensuring optimal production flow. Much of the work is handled by machines, and your task is to ensure everything runs smoothly without issues and that production maintains the correct quality. Your responsibilities include monitoring production to ensure the product meets applicable quality standards and following policies, procedures, and instructions in the QMS.
As a machine operator at Löfbergs, your main tasks will be:
Machine supervision
Problem-solving
System management
Forklift operation
Food safety work
Performing inspections according to QMS documentation
The Machine Operator position at Löfbergs is a consulting assignment with Adecco starting in week 43. This is a temporary assignment expected to run until week 48. Do not delay your application as the recruitment process is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
About You
We are looking for someone who is technically interested and finds it easy to learn new tasks. You have a good understanding that your work effort is important for a successful end product. You are unpretentious, enjoy working with other people, and like to spread positive energy among colleagues while contributing to good cooperation.
We also see that you have the desire to keep your workplace organized and tidy, and you have good awareness of quality. As a person, you are responsible, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile by contributing that little extra and identifying opportunities for improvement. Requirements for the position:
Have an interest in technology
Forklift certification A + B
Previous experience working in industry
Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, as this is used in the role.
