This is a long-term contract position through Montico where the right person will have the opportunity to be hired directly by our client. About the Position As a machine operator, you're the one keeping production running. You'll monitor machines, load materials, conduct quality inspections, and ensure products are manufactured to the correct standard. When something deviates, you identify the cause and help solve the problem so production can continue without unnecessary downtime. No two days are the same. One moment you're performing quality inspections and documenting results, the next you're collaborating with colleagues on a machine changeover or preparing the next run to start. It's practical work where you combine technology, responsibility, and teamwork in a modern production environment. Work is scheduled in 2 shifts, and you'll work alongside colleagues who support each other and contribute to a positive work environment.
