We are now recruiting a machine operator for a position via Lernia Bemanning with our client in Malmö. This role is perfect for you if you are technically minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy practical work. About the position Work location: Malmö Working hours: 2-shift or continuous night shift Employment type: staffing assignment via Lernia, full-time Start date: by agreement As a machine operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling production machinery, setting up and adjusting machines, inspecting materials, and performing ongoing quality control and basic troubleshooting. You will manage material flow and report deviations according to established procedures. The company operates in the food industry and has newly built, modern facilities in Malmö. This position begins as a staffing assignment via Lernia Bemanning, but for the right candidate there are excellent opportunities for a transition to permanent employment with the client. About you You are detail-oriented, responsible, and have a strong understanding of workplace safety. You enjoy practical tasks and work well in a team. Experience from the process industry, preferably the food industry, or experience as a machine operator is an advantage. You take initiative and are happy to contribute to improvement initiatives. Formal qualifications Forklift certification is required; overhead crane certification is an advantage Class B driver's license and access to a vehicle are desirable Experience from the process industry and/or food industry is an advantage What we offer As a consultant with Lernia, you will receive market-rate salary, vacation compensation, pension contributions, and insurance according to collective agreement.
