Your role:
We are currently seeking machine operators for Loading at Aitik. Aitik is leading in autonomous processes and the role of machine operator may evolve - we are looking for someone who is curious and interested in following us in the development we are facing.
As a machine operator at Aitik, you will be part of a larger context and work with extracting ore and waste rock. In the role of Machine Operator for loading, you will spend your days handling rock in the form of transportation, loading, and tip receiving. The assignment is carried out both individually and together with your closest colleagues in your shift team as well as in collaboration with other departments within production.
The placement of these positions is at our open pit Aitik and working hours are scheduled according to the K3 shift format - which means morning, afternoon, off-week, night, off-week.
Your tasks:
Transport and load rock material with rock trucks and wheel loaders
Load material from excavator to rock truck
Ensure that production meets quality requirements and deadlines
Follow safety regulations and contribute to a safe work environment
Your contribution:
High school education
Previous experience with heavy machinery and loading. For example with excavators, wheel loaders, tracked dozers.
Communication skills in Swedish and English
Manual class B driver's license (for at least three years)
