State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for Junior Nurse's Aide (Application System FOR STUDENTS) Key Job Duties: • perform nursing duties as assigned for meeting patients' basic needs; • perform nursing duties related to patient admission and discharge from the hospital; • assist in preparing patients for procedures; • assist the nurse in performing various procedures; • other duties as assigned Requirements for Applicants: • mandatory knowledge of the state language; • excellent communication skills; • friendly, helpful attitude; • sense of responsibility and accuracy. We Offer: • hourly BASE rate for junior nurse's aide 5,30 EUR/h Gross; • work in 8h / 10h / 12h / 24h shifts; • supplements in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night shift hours, for work experience, etc.); • additional variable pay component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • free psycho-emotional support for Hospital staff; • health insurance after 6 months of service; • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • professional development opportunities.
