State limited liability company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSE positions in the 24th Vascular Surgery Department (occupation code: 222146) Key job responsibilities: • assess and monitor patients' vital functions and health status; • perform therapeutic procedures prescribed by physicians (wound dressing, fluid aspiration, etc.); • prepare patients for acute and planned operations, prepare the environment and equipment for surgical procedures, assist physicians during surgical interventions; • evaluate patient care processes and their outcomes, etc. Requirements for candidates: • nursing degree; registration in the state register of healthcare professionals; • previous work experience in the specialty is preferred; • ability to set priorities, quick response skills and ability to function in emergency situations; • excellent communication skills, precision, high sense of responsibility; • ability to work independently and as part of a team; • mandatory state language proficiency; We offer: • 24-hour shift work schedule; • base hourly rate 8.77 EUR/h Gross; • supplements in accordance with labor law and collective agreement (for night shift work, for work seniority); • average monthly salary for 168 hours (including night shift supplement) 1842.00 EUR Gross; • additional variable compensation (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • company accommodation with employee co-payment of 10 EUR per night; • support in the application process for the Healthcare Professional Attraction and Retention project to receive a one-time compensation up to 10,701 EUR; • health insurance after six months of service; • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • stable salary and social guarantees; • favorable conditions for medical care at the hospital; • free psycho-emotional support for hospital employees.
