State limited liability company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites you to work in the Oncology Clinic Main job responsibilities: provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the general care nurse competencies; assess patient health status, participate in developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans; prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, provide information and support to patients and their relatives; ensure accurate and safe preparation and administration of systemic therapy; assist physicians in performing invasive procedures (biopsies, abscess drainage, etc.) and perform medical procedures (wound care, etc.); ensure compliance with infection control and occupational safety requirements; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care; provide emergency medical assistance; educate patients about cancer prevention, screening procedures, medication side effects, physical activities, etc. Requirements for candidates: professional nursing education (in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia); registration in the healthcare professionals register; ability to set priorities, quick reaction and ability to act in emergency situations; mandatory knowledge of the state language; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; precision, high sense of responsibility. We offer: working hours on working days from 08:00 to 16:00 or shift work; base hourly rate of 8.77 EUR/h Gross; supplements in accordance with labor laws and collective agreement (for day shift, for work experience); average monthly salary for 168h (including day shift supplement) starting from 1842.00 EUR Gross; additional variable remuneration component (amount depends on achievement of work objectives); health insurance after 6 months of work; free psycho-emotional support for hospital employees; responsible, dynamic and interesting work; stable compensation and social guarantees.
