State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSES in the Hemodialysis Department (Department 31) Key responsibilities: plan, provide care and education for hemodialysis patients; prepare hemodialysis equipment and apparatus for procedures; assess patients' vital functions and health status; monitor patients during hemodialysis procedures. Requirements for applicants: education in nursing; registration in the register of healthcare professionals; experience in providing renal replacement therapy; ability to prioritize, quick response capability and ability to act in emergency situations; mandatory state language proficiency; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; accuracy, high sense of responsibility. We offer: 12-hour shifts during the day according to work schedule; base hourly rate 9.15 EUR/h Gross; allowances in accordance with labor laws and collective agreement (for night shift work, for years of service); additional variable pay component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); responsible, dynamic and interesting work; facilitated conditions for medical care at the Hospital; health insurance after 6 months of service; free psychoemotional support at the Hospital.
