State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applicants to work AS A NURSE in the 39th Department of Cardiac Surgery Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Main job responsibilities: In your daily work, you will care for patients and work closely with an experienced multidisciplinary team. assess and monitor the patient's health status; provide patient-centered care in accordance with the patient's needs and health condition; perform medical and diagnostic procedures within your competence; ensure safe medication therapy and monitor the patient's condition; provide emergency assistance when needed; ensure safe use of intensive care medical equipment and patient monitoring (monitoring devices, infusion pumps, ventilation equipment, etc.). educate patients and their relatives about treatment and ongoing care. Requirements for applicants: general care nurse education (competence in anesthesia and intensive care is desirable); registration in the register of healthcare professionals; ability to react quickly and act in emergency situations; accuracy, sense of responsibility, and professional attitude toward work; skills to work in a team and independently organize work responsibilities; ability to work with medical technologies and hospital information systems; knowledge of the state language in accordance with the State Language Law.
