State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradins Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSES in the Department of Cardiac Surgery (Unit 91) Main job duties: • assess patients' health status, plan and provide care, and document it in accordance with hospital procedures; • prepare patients for scheduled surgeries; • ensure patients receive prescribed medications; • perform prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, prepare the environment and necessary equipment, and assist surgeons in various surgical interventions; • collaborate with medical personnel involved in patient treatment and care within your scope of competence; • evaluate patient care processes and their outcomes, etc.; • provide emergency medical assistance when necessary. Requirements for candidates: • nursing education; • registration in the Medical Professionals Register; • previous work experience is preferred; • excellent command of the state language; • knowledge of one foreign language at conversational level for communication with foreign colleagues is preferred; • excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team; • ability to prioritize, capability to respond and act in emergency situations.
