State Limited Liability Company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSE in the 24th Vascular Surgery Department Key Job Responsibilities: • assess and monitor patients' vital functions and health status; • perform medical procedures as prescribed by physicians (wound dressing, fluid aspiration, etc.); • prepare patients for acute and scheduled surgeries, prepare the environment and equipment for surgical procedures, assist physicians during surgical procedures; • evaluate the patient care process and its outcomes, etc. Requirements for Applicants: • nursing education; registration in the state registry of healthcare professionals; • previous work experience in the specialty is desirable; • ability to prioritize, quick response capability, and ability to act in emergency situations; • excellent communication skills, attention to detail, high sense of responsibility; • ability to work independently and as part of a team; • mandatory state language proficiency. We Offer: • 24-hour shift work; • base hourly rate 8,77 EUR/h Gross; • allowances in accordance with labor law and collective agreement (for night shift work, for seniority); • average monthly salary for 168h (including night shift allowance) 1842,00 EUR Gross; • additional variable compensation component (amount depends on achievement of work objectives); • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • stable remuneration and social guarantees; • preferential conditions for medical care in the hospital; • free psychoemotional support for hospital employees.
