State limited liability company "Pauls Stradiņš Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites to work NURSES in the Radiotherapy Center Main job responsibilities: Ensure quality patient care in accordance with general care nurse competencies; perform patient health status assessment, participate in care plan development, implementation, and evaluation; prepare patients for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, provide information and support to patients and their relatives; ensure accurate and safe systemic therapy preparation and administration; assist physicians in performing invasive procedures (biopsies, abscess drainage, etc.) and perform medical procedures (wound care, etc.); ensure compliance with infection control and occupational safety requirements; collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care; provide emergency medical assistance; educate patients on cancer prevention, screening examinations, medication side effects, physical activities, etc. Requirements for candidates: nursing professional education (in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Latvia); registration in the registry of healthcare professionals; ability to set priorities, ability to react quickly and act in emergency situations; mandatory state language proficiency, desirable knowledge of one foreign language at conversational level for cooperation with foreign colleagues; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; precision, high sense of responsibility.
