State Limited Liability Company "Paula Stradiņa Clinical University Hospital" (Registration No. 40003457109) invites applications for NURSE in Operating Room D Key responsibilities: • perform medical procedures prescribed by a physician for patients; • prepare patients for acute and planned surgeries, prepare environment and equipment for surgical operations, assist the physician during surgical procedures, evaluate patient care processes and their outcomes, etc. Requirements for candidates: • obtained education in nursing; • registration in the register of healthcare professionals; • previous work experience in the specialty is desirable; • ability to prioritize, capacity to respond quickly and act in emergency situations; • mandatory state language proficiency; • excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • precision, high sense of responsibility. We offer: • work in both 8h and 24h on-call shifts; • base hourly rate 8,77 EUR/h Gross; • bonuses in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement (for night shift work or day shift, for seniority, bonuses for work intensity or risk); • average monthly salary for 168h (including bonus for night shift work / bonuses for intensity or risk) 1989,00 EUR Gross; • additional variable compensation component (amount depends on achievement of work targets); • responsible, dynamic and interesting work; • health insurance after 6 months of employment; • stable remuneration and social guarantees; • convenient conditions for medical care in the hospital.
