WE ARE HIRING A GENERAL CARE NURSE at the "Ziedkalne" branch Requirements for candidates: middle or higher professional education in the respective field; registration in the healthcare professionals registry; professional work experience of at least one year (preferred). knowledge of the operating principles and usage rules of technical equipment necessary for work. good interpersonal and communication skills, client-oriented approach, and focus on positive work results. valid electronic signature. Main Responsibilities: ensure quality monitoring of clients' health status and provide first and emergency medical assistance; accurately and precisely carry out physician-prescribed treatments and instructions; ensure receipt, storage, and use of medications, dressing materials, psychotropic, narcotic, and equivalent psychotropic medications in accordance with regulatory requirements; conduct education for clients and their relatives on health promotion and healthcare matters, etc. We Offer: compensation and social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; work experience in state administration; compensation from (gross) 1334 EUR - 1342 EUR; trial period compensation up to 1335 EUR; 10% supplement for work involving special risk; special healthcare professional supplement for work tenure up to 8% of the established monthly salary (documentation of work experience from previous employers must be submitted); health insurance after 3 months of employment; summarized work time - 35 h per week; friendly, responsive, and professional colleagues; additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual evaluation (4 - 10 working days per year).
