About the Position PARK i Syd is in an exciting growth phase and is now seeking a site engineer who wants to help develop the business further. You will have an important role in a smaller and engaged company where design and production work closely together. As a site engineer, you will work on varied projects within site and water/wastewater, from developing foundations and pricing to complete construction documents. In many of the projects, PARK i Syd also carries out the construction work, which means that what you design becomes reality in production. You will have a close connection between design and execution and the opportunity to follow your solutions all the way through. You will be part of a design team with four colleagues and will have significant responsibility for your projects. Your Main Responsibilities As a site engineer, you drive your projects from concept to finished documents and maintain close dialogue with customers, clients, and the construction organization. Your responsibilities include: • Site and water/wastewater design • Developing drawings, models, and construction documents • Technical descriptions according to AMA Anläggning • Quantity surveys according to MER • Preparing foundations for budgeting and pricing • Coordination with customers, clients, and other consultants • Participation in design and construction meetings • Providing technical support to production Projects vary and include playgrounds, parks, cemeteries, residential areas, schools, street spaces, and other public outdoor environments. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience and solid knowledge of site and water/wastewater work, who enjoys taking responsibility and driving work forward. We prefer that you are senior or moving toward a more senior role, but even those with shorter experience can be relevant if you have the right skills and desire to develop. To succeed in this role, we believe you: • Have experience in site and water/wastewater work • Have engineering education in the field • Have experience with site design or similar technical work • Have experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or equivalent • Have knowledge of AMA Anläggning and preferably MER • Are structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious • Take initiative and drive your tasks from start to finish • Are positive, unpretentious, and collaborate easily A B driving license and fluent Swedish in speech and writing are required. It is meritorious if you have experience with technical descriptions, quantity surveys, or stormwater management design.
