We are looking for a marketing assistant to join our team in Stockholm. Here you will get a broad role with the opportunity to develop, take responsibility, and help create marketing materials for both Swedish and international markets in a global company within fire safety. Who are you? You are a structured, meticulous, and curious person who enjoys working creatively while managing details, deadlines, and multiple parallel projects. You have an eye for design and quality, feel confident in your graphic production, and understand both print and digital channels. You are independent in your work but appreciate being part of a team where people collaborate, share ideas, and support each other. Minimum Qualifications Post-secondary education in marketing, graphic design, or equivalent practical experience. Very strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent and accurate materials even under time pressure. Very strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience producing print-ready originals for various purposes. Good knowledge of PowerPoint. Experience with digital production and adapting materials for different channels and formats. Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written. Meritorious Experience from an in-house agency, marketing department, or advertising agency. Experience with WordPress. Knowledge of video editing. Knowledge of 3D and animation. Experience with social media and content production. Additional language skills. About the Role As a marketing assistant at Firefly, you will have a central role in our daily marketing. You will work broadly with both Swedish and international markets and be involved in everything from graphic production and digital communication to trade shows and marketing materials. You will work closely with sales teams, print shops, and other partners. You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own tasks and projects while receiving support and opportunities to develop within the role. Your work will include Creating graphic materials and originals for print and digital publishing. Adapting materials for different channels, formats, and markets. Writing, editing, and publishing content on our digital platforms. Planning and project managing trade shows and following up on the entire execution. Creating graphics and materials for trade shows, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing activities. Writing texts for various communication and marketing purposes. Coordinating production with print shops and other external partners. Preparing materials, products, and booth displays for trade shows. Participating in trade shows with our sales team. Being part of a small and dedicated team where tasks vary from day to day. The role sometimes involves a fast pace and tight deadlines, but also opportunities to make an impact. Travel may occur in connection with trade shows, both within Sweden and internationally. This can range from preparing and building a booth from scratch to representing Firefly on-site with our sales team.
