About the job As a Land Manager, you are responsible for managing Trafikverket's undeveloped properties and representing Trafikverket as a property owner throughout the country. This involves matters concerning land areas in relation to neighbors, authorities, municipalities and the public. You also work with the sale of our properties and prepare and renegotiate real estate legal agreements such as easements, leases, and other use rights agreements. You also represent Trafikverket at land surveying proceedings and provide real estate legal support to internal operations. Qualifications Who are you? To succeed in the role of manager, you need to be comfortable taking independent responsibility and advancing your matters, while understanding when you need to involve others. You will have many contact points both internally and externally, and therefore need to have a strong ability to build good relationships, collaborate, and communicate clearly and objectively. You are analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to see both details and the bigger picture. You are also good at planning and structuring your work, while handling unexpected events in a flexible manner and reprioritizing as needed. We are looking for you who have several years of current and relevant experience working with real estate legal matters, where you frequently apply real estate legal regulations a university or college degree of at least 180hp in surveying very good knowledge of Swedish spoken and written valid driver's license for passenger car It is a merit if you have experience working in a case management system experience with acquisition of property with associated valuable building Other information In this recruitment, web-based tests may be used as part of the selection process.
