We are looking for an employee for the position of Marketing Specialist for an employer in Plená. Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a marketing specialist who will monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities. The role will include preparing, implementing, and evaluating marketing activities, identifying and developing new market opportunities and target customer groups, creating presentation and promotional materials, communicating with customers and business partners, and ensuring the company's participation in trade fairs and other promotional events. Required Competencies: • Minimum completed bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, economics, business, management, or a related field, • Independence, responsibility, and attention to detail, • Excellent communication and organizational skills, • Analytical and creative thinking, • Ability to plan and coordinate marketing activities, • Customer-oriented and proactive approach, • Ability to work as a team member, • Good PC skills, • Knowledge of English or Chinese for work communication is an advantage, • Experience in marketing, sales, or customer communication is an advantage.
