COOP Pardubice is looking for a creative and strategic colleague for the position of: MARKETING SPECIALIST. Start date negotiable. What will be your responsibilities: As a marketing specialist, you will be an important part of the team that builds the COOP brand and supports its growth. Your work will include not only planning but also creative implementation of marketing activities in both online and offline spaces. Main responsibilities: - creation and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns - market analysis, competitive monitoring, and trend evaluation - active social media management and content creation - implementation of advertising and email marketing campaigns - coordination with the sales department, graphic designers, and external agencies - campaign performance evaluation, reporting, and improvement recommendations - marketing budget management and optimization - support for internal communications and local promotional events What we expect: - Secondary/Higher education in marketing, communications, or related field - experience in marketing (ideally FMCG or retail - advantageous) - creative approach, ability to independently manage projects - excellent knowledge of social media and basic familiarity with advertising tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.) - knowledge of MS Office, basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe - advantageous) - communication skills and teamwork abilities We offer: - permanent employment, start date negotiable - competitive compensation - backing of a stable company - loyalty rewards - meal vouchers valued at 120 Kč/day - access to company cottage for employee vacations - training and support from your manager Interested in our offer?
