Marketing Specialist for E-Commerce

We're currently modernizing our e-shop, developing new sales channels, and looking for a colleague who will be a functional part of our marketing team. We're not looking for someone who can do everything. We're looking for someone who enjoys marketing, thinks things through, can proactively move things forward, and has the drive to learn and make a real contribution. What will you do with us? You'll be responsible for several areas of online marketing and e-commerce: - management and development of our e-shop (Shopify) - coordination of marketing activities and preparation of media plans (monthly campaigns) - communication with colleagues across the company (procurement, customer support, IT) - SEO - we want to push SEO forward, so we're looking for someone who has already worked with SEO or understands its principles - management of marketplace channels (Allegro, Kaufland, eMAG) - management of affiliate program (CJ Affiliate) - optimization, development, evaluation - collaboration on other marketing projects according to current priorities What type of person are we looking for? We'd welcome someone who: - is reliable, organized, and follows through on tasks - has experience with online marketing or e-commerce - understands SEO, grasps its potential, and will be able to become the go-to person in this area - can manage e-shop administration (Shopify) and work with data (Helios) - can write well and is capable of writing blog or PR articles. Maybe with AI, but with control and useful results - isn't afraid to talk to people (there are several of us on the team) - has drive and the desire to learn new things, develop, and make a real contribution to the company What does that mean? You don't need to be an expert in all the areas mentioned. If you have good basics, are action-oriented, and eager to learn, we'd be happy to give it a try with you.
