Land and Construction Worker – 2 Positions NW Nordic AB is seeking two land and construction workers for full-time employment. We are looking for someone with experience in land and construction work who wants to work long-term with us. Job Responsibilities The work includes common tasks within land and construction, including: Land and construction work Excavation, backfill, and grading Utility and pipe laying work Surveying and leveling Stone setting and paving Preparatory work related to machinery operations Other common land and construction tasks Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has documented experience in land and construction work Can work both independently and in teams Is responsible and solution-oriented Holds a Class B driver's license Experience with utility work, blueprint reading, professional certification, and relevant land and construction education are advantageous. Employment Terms Number of positions: 2 Employment type: Permanent employment Scope: Full-time Working hours: Full-time according to agreement and applicable collective bargaining agreement Work area: Gävleborg and surrounding region Salary: According to applicable collective bargaining agreement and at minimum in accordance with current requirements for work authorization.
