We are located in Sölvesborg, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona. The company consists of different divisions with headquarters in Sölvesborg and branches in Karlshamn and Karlskrona. About the Role We are seeking a marine technician for our facility in Karlskrona/Karlshamn. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with troubleshooting, engine service, maintenance, and repair work. You will also work with customer service and customer relations, which requires both strong social skills and professionalism. You will deliver professionally executed work and ensure that the customer's needs have been addressed. As a Marine Technician, you will be part of a team of skilled technicians. Our workshop in Karlskrona and Karlshamn is authorized for the brands Yamaha, Yanmar, and Volvo Penta. Your Profile You have training in vehicle mechanics and a few years of experience as a car technician or marine technician. You have knowledge and training in modern troubleshooting techniques. You are practical-minded, thorough, and responsible, comfortable working independently but also a natural team player. We require strong knowledge of Swedish and English as this is necessary to, among other things, read manuals and help customers with troubleshooting. If you are also a cheerful and social person, you will fit in very well with us. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in boats and experience with shipyard/workshop work. We appreciate if you are self-driven and enjoy varied work. Requirements • Hold a Category B driver's license. It is an advantage if you: • Have experience with one of the engines Yamaha, Yanmar, or Volvo Penta. • Have a forklift certification and/or experience operating wheel loaders.
