Job Responsibilities:
Leading and managing professional services - deputizing for the director; strategic planning, conceptual development, and implementation of organizational policy; leading, motivating, and providing methodological support to the employee team across services; planning and managing operations, budget, administration, and projects; ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with legal regulations; communication and collaboration with partners, institutions, and the public; overseeing the implementation of professional and advisory services (psychology, social counseling, programs for children and youth, education, etc.); participating in evaluating organizational results and reporting; strategic decision-making regarding service development, projects, and new initiatives; external representation of the organization, building business relationships
We Require:
University degree in humanities, social sciences, pedagogy, technical, or management fields; experience leading and motivating a multidisciplinary team; ability to make independent decisions, plan, and provide strategic direction; organizational, project, and coordination skills; experience managing budgets, administration, and operations; ability to formulate and implement a strategic vision and organizational goals for 3–5 years; analytical and conceptual skills for leadership-level decision-making; ability to communicate with the public, partners, and institutions; ability to set and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs); strong presentation and negotiation skills; ability to build professional relationships with clients, professional services, and the community; ability to reflect on own work and support team professional development; responsibility, reliability, strategic and logical thinking; positive and proactive approach to work; clean criminal record; willingness to travel within the region (4 branch offices in the district); valid Group B driver's license (active driver)
