You will oversee the implementation of garden exhibition projects from receiving the brief through successful completion. You will coordinate individual project phases, communicate with exhibitors and suppliers, and work closely with the marketing department and other teams across the company. Your goal will be to ensure smooth project execution, maintain high standards, and meet established deadlines.
WHAT WILL YOUR JOB INCLUDE?
- Coordinating exhibition projects from preparation to implementation
- Planning individual project phases and monitoring their completion
- Close collaboration with the marketing department in promoting exhibitions
- Communication with exhibitors, suppliers, and business partners
- Coordinating activities across various company departments
- Preparing contracts, orders, and related administrative tasks
- Oversight of schedule, budget, and implementation progress
- Evaluating projects and preparing final documentation
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least secondary education with high school diploma; university degree an advantage; experience in the gardening industry appreciated
- Experience in project management, event management, or project coordination
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on long-term projects and see things through to completion
- Ability to efficiently manage priorities and deadlines even during periods of increased workload
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Category B driver's license
