We are looking for an experienced and independent professional for the position of Retail Partnership & Affiliate Growth Manager | Key Account & Influencer Partnerships Manager at ALORI, a rapidly growing Czech company that processes thousands of orders daily and actively expands its sales and partnership channels throughout the Czech Republic and abroad.
The job involves actively seeking new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution partnerships. The employee will be responsible for contacting retail chains, distributors, wholesale partners, and negotiating new business collaborations in the Czech Republic and abroad.
Part of the work also includes building the company's affiliate network, finding new affiliate partners, influencers, ambassadors, and performance partnerships that will support brand and sales growth. The position includes setting partnership terms, long-term partner management, evaluating individual partnership performance, and identifying new growth opportunities.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, retail, affiliate marketing, or influencer collaborations, who is results-oriented, able to build long-term relationships, and wants to be part of a rapidly growing company with ambitious expansion plans. Experience with e-commerce, knowledge of foreign languages, automation, and modern AI technologies are advantageous.
