Sales Manager (E-shop + Physical Store) - Building Materials, Stoves, Tools

We are looking for an independent and technically skilled colleague who will take responsibility for managing sales across both online and offline channels. This is a combined role of sales representative and manager for both an e-shop and physical store in the area of building materials, stoves, and tools. Your Responsibilities • Management and development of the internet e-shop • Active sales at the physical store • Communication with customers (in person, by phone, by email) • Processing inquiries and orders • Expert advice for customers • Care for new and existing customers • Optimization of sales processes and customer experience • Collaboration on marketing and sales development What We Expect from You • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field (building materials, stoves, tools) - required • Technical thinking and knowledge of the product range • Business acumen and customer-focused approach • Experience working with computers (e-shop, order management systems) • Independence, responsibility, and reliability • Communication skills What We Offer • Salary from 40,000 Kč • Work hours Monday-Friday (8:00-16:00) • Company vehicle • Company phone and computer • Access to premium versions of AI tools • Stable company foundation • Opportunity for professional growth and implementation of your own ideas Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for sales, is not afraid of combining e-shop work with personal customer contact, and has an affinity for technical products.
