22.7.2026 - managing and developing the production department, supervising production supervisors and other key employees, responsibility for meeting production plans, quality, safety and productivity, ensuring efficient utilization of production capacity, working with production metrics and evaluating results, increasing productivity and efficiency of production processes, identifying and eliminating causes of production problems, managing projects focused on production improvements, contributing to the introduction of new products, technologies and automation, collaboration with quality, logistics, maintenance, technology and sales departments, developing subordinate staff and building succession plans for key positions, creating an environment based on responsibility, collaboration and open communication. Minimum vocational education, single-shift operation, suitable for people with disabilities. Experience leading people, understanding of production processes, preferably in automotive environment, knowledge of data, KPIs and production metrics.
