Requirements: • University degree in construction • ČKAIT authorization for transportation construction or bridges and engineering structures • Category B driver's license • PC skills • Knowledge of road and construction laws • Experience managing teams • Organizational and communication skills • Reliability, independence Job Responsibilities: During construction preparation: • Coordinates and methodically manages preparation and implementation of construction projects • Sets and monitors fulfillment of preparation schedules - preparation orders, project documentation assignments, project documentation development, securing property rights for construction, securing engineering activities and documentation for building permits, preparation of materials for subsidy applications according to methodology, etc. • Checks completeness of materials from regional offices for construction preparation and implementation • Reviews project documentation and construction budgets • Checks project technical conditions (ZTKP) • Coordinates preparation and implementation of construction projects • Reviews technical materials for client selection procedures for individual projects • Cooperates on subsidy application materials • Prepares simple construction budgets • Monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting materials for architect or contractor selection During construction implementation: • Performs the role of client representative, i.e., construction manager, technical supervision, and possibly site safety coordinator • Sets and monitors fulfillment of construction implementation schedules - issuing selection procedures for construction implementation, checking completeness of materials and timely preparation for transfer to the commercial department, monitoring construction quality plan, inspection and testing plan, construction method proposals, site handover to contractor and schedule compliance per contract • Ensures construction supervision • Performs quality control of contractors per applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and billing per approved project documentation We offer: • Good backing of a stable company, flexible working hours • 5 weeks vacation • Meal vouchers via electronic voucher card • Contribution to pension insurance or savings • We provide necessary training and courses More at www.uskhk.eu ----> CAREER
