Job responsibilities: In construction preparation - coordinates and methodically manages the preparation and implementation of construction projects, sets and monitors compliance with preparation schedules (ordering preparation services, submitting project documentation requests, developing project documentation, arranging property rights settlement for construction, ensuring engineering services and documentation for building permits, preparing application materials for grants according to methodology, etc.), verifies completeness of documents from regional preparation and implementation offices, reviews project documentation and construction budgets, reviews ZTKP construction documents, coordinates preparation and implementation of construction projects, verifies technical documents for client tender processes for individual projects, collaborates on preparing materials for grant applications, develops simple construction budgets, monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting documents for contractor or builder selection; In construction implementation - performs duties as construction client representative, i.e., site manager, TDS, and possibly BOZP coordinator on site, sets and monitors compliance with construction implementation schedules (issuing tenders for construction implementation, verifying completeness of documents and timely preparation for handover to commercial department, reviews construction quality plans, inspection and testing plans, technology proposals, site handover to contractors and compliance with construction schedules according to SOD), ensures construction supervision, performs quality control with contractors in accordance with applicable regulations and is responsible for work acceptance and construction invoicing according to approved documentation.
Requirements: Education - university degree in construction, ČKAIT certification for road construction or bridges and engineering structures, Group B driver's license, PC skills, knowledge of road and construction laws, experience managing teams, organizational and communication skills, reliability, independence.
