We require: * University degree in construction * ČKAIT authorization for transportation structures or bridges and engineering structures * Group B driver's license * PC skills * Knowledge of road and construction law * Experience managing teams * Organizational and communication skills * Reliability and independence Job responsibilities: During project preparation: * Coordinates and methodically manages the preparation and implementation of construction projects, sets and monitors compliance with construction preparation schedules - ordering preparation, issuing design documentation, preparing design documentation, ensuring property settlement for construction, arranging engineering services and documentation for construction permits, preparing materials for subsidy applications according to methodology, etc. * Monitors completeness of materials from regional offices for construction preparation and implementation * Reviews design documentation and construction budgets * Reviews ZTKP for construction projects * Coordinates preparation and implementation of construction projects * Reviews technical materials for client selection procedures for individual projects * Cooperates on preparing materials for subsidy applications * Prepares simple construction budgets * Monitors compliance with deadlines for submitting materials for selection of designers or contractors During construction implementation: * Performs the function of client representative, i.e., site manager, TDS, or potentially BOZP coordinator on site * Sets and monitors compliance with construction implementation schedules - issuing selection procedures for construction implementation, verifying completeness of materials and timely preparation for handover to the commercial department, reviews quality plans for construction, control and test plans for construction, technological procedure proposals, handover of site to contractor and compliance with construction schedules according to SOD * Ensures construction supervision * Performs quality control with contractors according to applicable regulations and is responsible for accepting work and construction invoicing according to approved design documentation We offer: * Good support from a stable company, flexible working hours * 5 weeks vacation * Meal vouchers in the form of electronic meal cards Kč 180,--/day * Kč 1500,--/month contribution for "old age products" * Contribution for authorization, BOZP coordinator on site * We will provide necessary courses and training More at www.uskhk.eu ----> CAREER
