We require: • University degree in civil engineering - transportation infrastructure - preferred • ČKAIT authorization for transportation infrastructure or bridges and engineering structures - preferred • Experience with execution of transportation infrastructure projects • Knowledge of regulations, laws, and standards related to transportation construction • Experience with project design and budgeting of structures in ASPE - preferred • Experience with team leadership, organizational and communication skills • Driver's license category B • PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) • Independence, flexibility, reliability Job responsibilities: Directs and organizes construction preparation for regional department divisions • Monitors compliance with project documentation processing timelines and content • Reviews and approves content of orders related to construction preparation • Reviews documents for initiating procurement procedures for project documentation preparation • Supervises content of surveys and alignment of technical solutions and budgets • Resolves issues during construction preparation, reviews documents for orders and contract amendments • Reviews property rights settlements • Manages BIM in construction preparation • Coordinates document management in the company's internal system • Ensures updates of project documentation in accordance with building law, regulations, and new standards (ČSN, TP, TKP) • Reviews documents for grants and subsidies • Coordinates documentation for procurement procedures for project execution • Reviews financial compliance with obligations arising from work contracts for project documentation preparation and issued orders Start date: by agreement Please send resumes to: [email protected], with "manžer přípravy staveb HK" in the subject line More information available at www.uskhk.eu
