We are looking for a reliable and organized colleague to take responsibility for the smooth operation of cleaning services for our clients and to lead our team of cleaning staff. What will your responsibilities include? * Managing, coordinating, and supervising the team of cleaning staff on assigned contracts. * Planning shifts, coverage arrangements, and recruiting new employees. * Regular communication with clients, addressing their requests, and monitoring the quality of work performed. * Training new staff and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety and hygiene standards. * Managing and ordering cleaning supplies, cleaning chemicals, and equipment. * Preparing documentation for attendance and payroll. What do we expect from you? * Experience in a similar position (team leadership, facility management, or cleaning services) is an advantage. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. * Proactive problem-solving approach and independence. * Class B driver's license (active driver). * User-level knowledge of PC and MS Office. * Time flexibility We offer: semi-annual bonuses, vacation allowance of 10,000 Kč, meal voucher allowance, company vehicle, company phone Contact: by email or by phone on weekdays 8:00 - 16:00
