RESPONSIBILITIES Maintaining current knowledge in your field and continuous self-education. Leading a software development team, mentoring, and sharing expertise in techniques, tools, and processes. Setting priorities, planning and managing results; identifying and mitigating project risks. Reviewing and adjusting project plans and existing workflows according to current needs. Providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and promoting best technical solutions for the Jamf codebase. Ensuring consistent application of Lean and agile development principles. People management - recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and career development. Aligning team work with Jamf's strategic goals and values and actively collaborating with engineering leadership. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise software development positions Development experience must include tools such as Java, Objective C, Swift, MySQL, Ruby, Python, Eclipse, Mobile General experience with Mac OS X and iOS platforms Minimum 2 years in a management position Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, etc.) Practical knowledge of agile methodologies Scrum or Kanban Additional paid time off, cafeteria contribution, sick days, pension plan contribution Employer agreement with employee card.
