We are now looking for an engaged and inspiring Manager Project Support who wants to help develop our project operations within Solutions. About the role As Manager Project Support, you are responsible for the Project Management unit's project support function and ensure that the operation meets established targets for finances, quality, and delivery. In this role, you lead a team of approximately 10 employees within Project Support located at different locations throughout Sweden, which means a clear focus on remote leadership. Travel within Sweden is a natural part of the role. You play a key role in developing working methods, processes, and tools for project management and actively contribute to Coromatic's continued growth journey. Your main areas of responsibility • Lead and coordinate project support operations within Solutions, including personnel responsibility for a team of approximately 10 employees • Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, quality, and budget • Drive and further develop processes and routines for efficient and quality-assured project delivery • Ensure that the unit achieves quality targets such as customer satisfaction, certifications, and compliance About you We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader who is driven to develop both people and operations.
