Managed Services Support Engineer

We help some of the Nordic region's most mission-critical organizations build, modernize, and secure their digital infrastructure. As a Managed Services Engineer, you'll join our team where you combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and continuous improvement to ensure stable, secure, and efficient service delivery. Here you'll work closely with both customers and colleagues in a culture characterized by knowledge sharing, collaboration, and technical development.
As a Managed Services Engineer, you're responsible for operating, developing, and optimizing customers' network and security environments within our managed services.
This role suits you if you thrive on combining specialized technical work with customer interaction and are motivated by solving complex challenges. You'll work proactively to improve stability, security, and efficiency while contributing to automation and development of our managed services.
You will, among other things:
Ensure stable operations and continuously optimize customer environments
Manage incidents and problems, and drive technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
Provide specialist support for onboarding new customers and implementing new solutions within our managed services
Manage technical support cases with our partners, such as Cisco and Palo Alto, on behalf of our customers
Contribute to automation and streamlining of operations, monitoring, and delivery processes
Participate in customer projects and technical assignments
Contribute to workshops, reviews, and knowledge sharing with customers and colleagues
We're looking for you who have:
Experience in operations, support, or management of network and security environments and who want to continue developing in a technically advanced environment. You have a strong foundation in networking, experience with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving, and an interest in improving and streamlining processes through automation.
You are curious, responsible, and have a desire to continuously learn. You enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues, like sharing your knowledge, and take great responsibility for creating stable and secure solutions.
We believe you have expertise and experience in the following areas:
Operations, support, or management of network and security environments
Managed services
Cisco Meraki
Cisco networking solutions
Palo Alto security solutions
Python and automation
Git (GitHub, GitLab, or similar)
We would like to see certifications in, for example, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, or other relevant technology areas, but above all we value your technical competence, your drive, and your willingness to develop.
