We are looking for someone who wants a role with varied tasks in Alucrom's organization in Western Sweden, where you work within both our factory and contracting business areas. This role offers a dynamic daily routine and suits you if you are flexible, willing to work in different locations, and open to business travel. We welcome both experienced corrosion protection painters, whether you have worked in a painting factory or out in the field, and those just starting their careers. Whether you currently work as a construction painter, industrial lacquer applicator, or automotive painter, what matters most to us is that you enjoy the trade, are skilled at what you do, and are willing to learn more. Alucrom currently has 13 strategically located factories in Sweden, Finland, and Poland. In Sweden, we have factories from Nyvång in the south to Gävle in the north. Our experienced contracting team comes equipped with complete blasting and painting equipment for on-site work at customer locations or various projects. Our headquarters is located in Arendal, Gothenburg, where we also have our newly built factory Arendals Backe – the Nordic region's most modern facility for heavy-duty corrosion protection painting. What we hope for You have experience working in a similar role, preferably from a painting shop, workshop, or other industry You have knowledge of different blasting techniques and color theory You have experience performing maintenance work on-site at customer locations You are thorough, take responsibility for moving the work forward, and are committed to completing what you start in a professional manner You speak Swedish or English You are interested in development and see opportunities for improvements and enhancements in your work If you also bring any of the following, we consider it as merit Diploma painter certification Experience and authorization to operate forklift and overhead crane Driver's license Personal qualities that we value are collaboration skills and the ability and interest to work with others to complete tasks and achieve common goals.
