The company owns and manages approximately 1,500 apartments and commercial spaces with a total area of approximately 145,000 square meters. The balance sheet total is 705 MSEK, with rental income of 140 MSEK. We have a total of 30 employees with offices in Hyltebruk. Bofast AB is seeking a Painter We are strengthening our team and are now looking for a painter for our property management operations. With us, you will have a free and varied job where you primarily work with painting and interior surface renovation in our apartments and commercial spaces. Job Responsibilities: - Painting of apartments and commercial spaces - Spackling and preparatory work - Renovation of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces - Minor repair and maintenance work We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in painting work, who is thorough, self-driven, and solution-focused.
