Bofast AB was established in 1994 and is a property management company operating in Halland, Småland, and Västergötland. The company owns and manages approximately 1,500 apartments and commercial spaces with a total area of about 145,000 sqm. Total assets amount to 705 MSEK, with rental income of 140 MSEK. We have a team of 30 employees with an office in Hyltebruk. Bofast AB is seeking a Painter We are expanding our team and are now looking for a painter to join our property management department. With us, you will have a varied and independent job where you primarily work with painting and interior surface renovations in our apartments and commercial spaces. Responsibilities: Painting apartments and commercial spaces Filling and surface preparation Renovation of walls, ceilings, and other surfaces Minor repair and maintenance work We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in painting work, who is thorough, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
