About the Position
As a Maintenance Program Engineer, you'll have a central role in developing and maintaining effective maintenance programs for advanced aircraft platforms. You'll work in close collaboration with engineers, operators, authorities, and customers to ensure that products and systems meet high standards for safety, quality, and airworthiness.
Your primary responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve maintenance programs
Ensure continuing airworthiness instructions
Drive and coordinate maintenance program-related work
Contribute to development of work methods and methodologies
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Participate in authority-related matters and customer dialogues

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience
Strong technical overview, analytical ability, and the ability to view challenges and tasks from a holistic perspective
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
The position is classified for security clearance. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security vetting and be approved according to applicable security regulations. This may require certain citizenship requirements.
Meritorious Qualifications:
Experience from the aviation industry, maintenance operations, design, and/or airworthiness work
Experience working in regulated operations
