Calm and Methodical Assistant for Woman in Majorna

We are now looking for calm and empathetic assistants for a 60-year-old woman in Majorna. She was born with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair. In her free time, she very much enjoys cooking and baking, watching TV, and enjoying life's pleasures with friends and her partner. It is very important that you can work with motivation and have a calm and methodical work approach, while at the same time showing great respect for our client's independence and self-determination. She has double assistance for most hours of the day, so it is important that you can read different situations, that you can collaborate, and be a good colleague. You should feel comfortable with English as our client enjoys speaking English sometimes and has several assistants who primarily speak English. Work hours are Day 08:00-15:00, 10:00-17:00, 16:00-22:00, and Night 19:30-08:00 with on-call sleeping duty included in the work. We are now looking for substitutes who can consider working on an hourly basis. Opportunities for fixed schedule positions and/or more extensive temporary work in the future are significant.
