LSS Group, Personal Assistance Your Tasks At LSS Group, we work across municipal boundaries with individuals of varying ages, both children and adults who have been granted personal assistance. For this assignment, we are seeking a personal assistant to work with an adult. Working as a personal assistant means you provide support in the individual's daily life and assist with tasks that the person cannot manage on their own. As a personal assistant, you work from a motivating approach, focusing on supporting the individual in their everyday life while maintaining and improving their own abilities. The work is characterized by a social perspective where the individual's needs are at the center. As a personal assistant, you should also support the individual in achieving a meaningful daily life, where security and responsiveness are key principles. Working as a personal assistant offers you a varied profession where no two days are alike. The work will initially be daytime Monday through Friday, but this may change in the future depending on the individual's needs and wishes. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant education to work with people who have functional variations and who has a genuine interest in people. For this position, you also need to have a B-class driver's license. We are seeking someone who is flexible, creative, positive, cooperative, and able to see solutions and opportunities. You should be able to work independently and take great responsibility. You need computer skills and be able to express yourself both verbally and in writing. Other Information To be eligible for employment in Västervik Municipality, a certificate from the police criminal record register must be presented.
